Voter Registration
The State of Wisconsin has recently purged inactive voters from the registration lists. Please check your registration if you have moved, changed your name, or have not voted in the past 4 years.
How To Register To Vote
There are several ways to register to vote.
- Complete the online form at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/VoterRegistration
- Contact the Village Clerk, Cindy Bailey, at clerk@villageofmaine.org or (715) 675-5607 OR
- Register to vote on election day at your polling place.
It's especially important to check your voter registration if you haven't voted in recent elections. Be sure to update your information if you have recently moved.
You can register to vote on election day, however you must bring a valid Photo ID and proof of residence.
Voter Photo ID Law
Wisconsin now requires a photo ID to vote. Get more information on obtaining a photo ID at BringIt.WI.GOV
Absentee Voting
Ballot Requests information and deadlines for future elections will be posted here when the information is released by the State.
Voting absentee (by mail or drop off) is easy. There are two ways to obtain an absentee ballot for the upcoming election.

Please request your absentee ballot from only one of the sources above. Instructions for completing your absentee ballot and deadlines for submission will be provided with your ballot.
