The Village of Maine Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the Maine Municipal Center, 6111 N. 44th Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment(s) on the petition below.
Petition to Amend the Village of Maine’s Zoning Ordinance – Petition by the Village of Maine to amend its Zoning Ordinance to adopt a new Towers and Antennas Ordinance.
Maine’s Zoning Ordinance is Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code. The new Towers and Antennas Ordinance, Chapter 17.09 will be incorporated into Maine’s Zoning Ordinance Chapter 17.
